Please download and fill out the standard NTNU/HMN Disclosure of invention form (DOFI) and submit it to ide@tto.ntnu.no.
If you can not fill out the entire form, please fill out what you can and we will contact you for assistance. NB! The form must be filled out on a PC/Mac.
